Tartuflanghe has been producing gastronomic specialties and working with Piedmont truffles since 1975. In the company’s artisanal workshops, they make traditional Piedmontese dishes, truffle-based condiments, chips, and tartufi dolci (hazelnut chocolate truffles).
With more than 20 hectares of truffle-rich woodlands across the Langhe, Monferrato, and Roero areas, the truffles are harvested, brought to the company, inspected, selected, and classified according to their sensory and aesthetic qualities.
